December 10, 2013 Board Meeting Agenda Item #30 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #14-0267 FOR ROOFING MODIFICATIONS ON BROOKSIDE MIDDLE SCHOOL Description Bids to provide 'Roofing Modifications on Brookside Middle School' were received from five vendors on November 14, 2013.  The bid of Ramcon, LLC, was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications.  Funds for this purchase are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Ramcon, LLC, to provide 'Roofing Modifications on Brookside Middle School' in the amount of $425,000.00, be approved as presented.
